XML
is gaining increasing acceptance as the preferred format for news
and media organizations to capture, manage and exchange all kinds
of information - from articles to ads to invoices. XML-enabled applications
and standards such as AdsML, NewsML and JDF are poised to change
the industry. But these changes have been slow to come, and there
are still very strong pressures making it difficult for publishers
and their vendors to take the leap.
This seminar will give newspaper and media managers the knowledge
and perspective they need to can gain maximum business benefit from
XML standards and technologies. It is designed for both technical
and non-technical managers; no prior XML experience is required.
|
