Accommodation
Accommodation in college rooms is included in the fee for those delegates attending the full XML Summer School and any of the two-day courses.
College accommodation consists of single study bedrooms. These may be located in the traditional, historic buildings of main quadrangle; or in more modern accommodation in The Bowra Building which has accommodation located in 9 staircases above/behind the seminar rooms, bar and cafeteria.
All rooms have washing facilities and bathrooms are shared on a ratio of not less than one to every 4 bedrooms. All rooms also have telephones and tea/coffee making facilities and towels are provided.
If you do not wish to stay in College accommodation, we can recommend a number of local hotels within easy walking distance of Wadham College*. These include:
- The Eastgate Hotel, The High St, Oxford
- The Old Bank Hotel, The High St, Oxford
- The Randolph Hotel, Beaumont St, Oxford
- Bath Place Hotel, Bath Place, Oxford
*Please note that hotel accommodation is not included in the delegate fee and no discount will be made for those delegates that choose not to stay in college.
